Transparentni delovi termičkog omotača (prozori, vrata, izlozi, svetlarnici) su dosta dugo vremena predstavljali slabu tačku kod energetskih efikasnih objekata. U međuvremenu su se performanse prozora i vrata usavršile tako već postoje takvi sa U w vrednostima i manjim od 0,8W/m2K, ali pod uslovom da su ugrađeni na optimalan način. No, nije dovoljan samo razvoj visoko kvalitetnih elemenata. Njihova ugradnja je ključ za postizanje maksimalnog efekta energetske efikasnosti, te se ugradnji mora posvetiti posebna pažnja i planiranje. U građevinskoj praksi na ovom području postoje mnogi nedostaci.

In the meantime, the performance of windows and doors has improved, so there are already those with U w values lower than 0.8W/m2K, but provided they are installed optimally. However, the development of high-quality elements alone is not enough. Their installation is key to achieving maximum energy efficiency, and special attention and planning must be devoted to installation. There are many deficiencies in construction practice in this area.

U slučaju neizolovane zgrade najveća razlika temperature javlja se na prostoru oko prozora. Preračunato, u zazoru, dužine 1m i širine samo 1mm, za 24h sakupi se 0,3l vode! Osim što topao vazduh sa sobom odnosi energiju potrošenu na zagrevanje, ta sakupljena voda mora nekuda otići. Ukoliko ostane u objektu može prouzrokovati trajna oštećenja i doprineti narušavanju zdravlja korisnika objekta usled pojave vlage i buđi te estetskog izgleda samog objekta.

In the case of an uninsulated building, the greatest temperature difference occurs around the windows. Calculated, in a gap 1 meter long and only 1 millimeter wide, 0.3 liters of water accumulates in 24 hours! In addition to warm air carrying away the energy used for heating, the accumulated water must go somewhere. Pravilna ugradnja je izuzetno važna za smanjenje ukupnih gubitaka toplote kroz termički omotač. Uobičajena je praksa kod naših građevinara da se prozori često montiraju u zid sa spoljne strane u ravni ili malo više prema unutrašnjosti. Prozorski ram se pritom treba pozicionirati u skladu sa toplotnim tehničkim apektima, a po mogućnosti potpuno u ravni sa izolacijom zidne konstrukcije. Mora se proračunom pokazati da ne postoji stvaranje kondenzata tj. da su unutrašnje temperature površina u skladu sa standardom/pravilnikom. Planiranom i optimizovanom ugradnjom mogu se postići dovoljno visoke temperature unutrašnjih površina čime se sprečava nastanak kondenzata i buđi.

Proper installation is extremely important to reduce total heat loss through the thermal envelope. It is common practice for our builders to often install windows in the wall from the outside, either flush or slightly inward. The window frame should be positioned according to thermal technical aspects, ideally completely flush with the insulation of the wall construction. It must be shown by calculation that there is no condensation, i.e., that the interior surface temperatures comply with the standard/regulations. Planned and optimized installation can achieve sufficiently high interior surface temperatures, preventing condensation and mold formation.

Ugradnja raznim penama te zaptivanje silikonskim ili akrilnim masama ne može dati zadovoljavajuće rezultate na duži rok. Zaptivne mase zbog nestručne ugradnje te termičkog naprezanja imaju vrlo kratak rok trajanja te se prodor vode u konstrukciju dogodi već prve godine starosti objekta. Pene zbog svoje strukture ne mogu osigurati paro/vodonepropusnost. Prozore je potrebno ugraditi na spoljašnju liniju zida kako bi termička izolacija fasade bila spojena sa okvirom prozora čime se gube toplotni mostovi na ‘’špaletama’’, otvor za prozor mora biti izveden masom za izravnanje kako bi zaptivna traka za vodonepropustnost mogla ekspandirati i naleći na zid te osigurati vodonepropustnost, traka za paronepropustnost se lepi na okvir prozora i zid te ispod klupice. Na prozor se još lepe plastični profili za završetak fasade. Klupica prozora se postavlja pre završnog sloja fasade te ne treba imati vodonepropusna svojstva.

Installation with various foams and sealing with silicone or acrylic compounds cannot provide satisfactory results in the long term. Sealants, due to improper installation and thermal stress, have a very short lifespan, and water penetration into the structure can occur within the first year of the building's life. Foams, due to their structure, cannot ensure vapor/water tightness. Windows need to be installed on the exterior line of the wall so that the thermal insulation of the facade is connected to the window frame, eliminating thermal bridges at the "jambs". The window opening must be made with leveling compound so that the waterproof sealing tape can expand and adhere to the wall to ensure watertightness. The vapor-proof tape is glued to the window frame and wall and under the sill. Plastic profiles for finishing the facade are also glued to the window. The window sill is installed before the final layer of the facade and does not need to have waterproof properties.

Pored obezbeđivanja standarda kvaliteta i njegovog održavanja, ovi propisi i standardi imaju za cilj i uštedu energije, kao i sprečavanje pojave vlage u savremenom stanovanju.

U cilju obezbeđenja kvalitetnog spoja prozora/vrata sa samim objektom uz sprečavanje gubitka toplote i nastanka vlage jedan od načina RAL ugradnje je uz pomoć upotrebe pur pene i folija/zaptivnih traka. Pur penom se popunjava prostor između zida i prozora. Zatim se na spoljašnje i unutrašnje strane lepe specijalne folije koje su vodo i paronepropusne. Važno je napomenuti da se na spoljašnje ivice prozora lepe folije koje ne propuštaju vodu, ali dišu, propuštaju vazduh odnosno paru i time se sprečava pojava kondenzacije i njenih štetnih posledica. Na unutrašnje strane prozora lepe se folije koje ne propuštaju ni vodu ni paru čime se čuva zid kod prozora od bilo kakvih oštećenja.

Construction joints filled only with PU foam are not vapor-resistant. Moisture travels outward, so condensation can occur on different vapor-proof layers. This water in the construction joint leads to damage (reduced insulation, risk of mold on the interior side of the wall). Installation without an interior sealing layer (known as ON B5320 or as RAL installation) allows air to penetrate the construction joint, resulting in condensation, which can lead to moisture and mold growth.

  1. Pre montaže potrebno je fino izmalterisati i očistiti prozorski otvor. Ovo nije obavezan zahtev za RAL montažu, ali znatno olakšava naredne radove na zaptivanju. Da li je ovaj pripremni rad potreban ili ne, zavisi i od upotrebljenih građevinskih materijala (cigla, ...) i iz toga nastalih veznih površina.
  2. Postavite i učvrstite okvir prozora bez krila. VAŽNO! Pre nego što započnete montiranje okvira, trebalo bi da se zalepe na sklop zaptivne trake (objašnjeno pod tačkama 6 i 7). Ovo će vam kasnije znatno olakšati posao, ali će podešavanje prozora biti malo otežano. Jako je bitno da se zaptivne trake ne oštete jer je inače ceo trud uzaludan. Postavite okvir prozora (proverite rastojanje spolja i iznutra) i podesite ga s montažnim klinovima. Udaljenost levo i desno od zida mora biti od 1 do 2 cm i biti podeljena podjednako između dve strane. Zatim poravnajte sve nivoe (horizontalne i vertikalne) i "dovedite ih u ravnotežu". To treba učiniti sa svake strane i zahteva malo strpljenja (posebno za početnike). Ispravno poravnavanje prozora važno je za kasnije rukovanje (otvaranje + zatvaranje). Ako ste sada postavili prozor, fiksirajte ga dodatnim montažnim klinovima i ponovo proverite poravnanje. Podešavanje gumenim čekićem ili ciljanim udarcem šake je lako izvesti. Broj montažnih klinova zavisi od veličine prozora (preporučuje se 16 klinova za prozor veličine 1m x 1m, 8 komada iznutra + 8 komada spolja).

  4. Pričvrstite prozor na zid zidnim vijcima. Vijci za okvire pogodni su za pričvršćivanje prozorskog okvira na zid, koji se montiraju bez tipli. Okvir prozora se pričvršćuje samo na vertikalnim delovima okvira i mora se postaviti 1 vijak na 30cm okvira (po pravilu). Pri montaži sa vijcima za okvir, otvor bi trebao biti 6-6,5 mm (za okvir i zid). Dubina prodora u zidu treba da bude približno 60 mm (dužina bušenja min = debljina okvira, zazor i dubina prodora u zid). Za drvene prozore treba koristiti vijke za okvir s malom glavom / bez glave. Za PVC prozore koristiti vijke sa kosom glavom. Zatim postavite vijke za okvir i proverite poravnanje okvira prozora sa vaser vagom i po potrebi podesite tokom celog postupka montaže. Naravno, sve ovo se dešava sa postavljenim montažnim klinovima. Glave vijka mogu se prekriti poklopcima (TKS30) i dostupne su u svim uobičajenim RAL kodovima boja.

  2. Place and secure the window frame without the sash. IMPORTANT! Before starting to install the frame, sealing tapes should be attached to the assembly (explained in points 6 and 7). This will significantly facilitate the work later, but adjusting the window will be slightly more difficult. It is very important not to damage the sealing tapes, as otherwise, the entire effort is in vain. Place the window frame (check the distance from the outside and inside) and adjust it with mounting wedges. The distance from the left and right of the wall should be 1 to 2 cm and evenly distributed between the two sides. Then align all levels (horizontal and vertical) and "balance them". This should be done on each side and requires some patience (especially for beginners). Proper alignment of the window is important for later handling (opening + closing). If you have now set the window, secure it with additional mounting wedges and check the alignment again. Adjusting with a rubber mallet or a targeted blow with the hand is easy to perform. The number of mounting wedges depends on the size of the window (16 wedges are recommended for a 1m x 1m window, 8 pieces inside + 8 pieces outside).

  4. Secure the window to the wall with wall screws. Frame screws are suitable for securing the window frame to the wall, which are installed without plugs. The window frame is secured only on the vertical parts of the frame and 1 screw should be placed every 30 cm of the frame (as a rule). When installing with frame screws, the opening should be 6-6.5 mm (for the frame and the wall). The penetration depth in the wall should be approximately 60 mm (drilling length min = frame thickness, gap, and penetration depth in the wall). For wooden windows, frame screws with a small head/without a head should be used. For PVC windows, use screws with an angled head. Then place the frame screws and check the alignment of the window frame with a level and adjust as needed throughout the installation process. Naturally, all of this happens with the mounting wedges in place. Screw heads can be covered with caps (TKS30) and are available in all common RAL color codes.

Pur pena se obično ugrađuje pri postavljenim prozorskim krilima. Ispuna prozora se vrši se PU penom, pri čemu se mora napomenuti da se standardna PU pena može obrađivati samo na temperaturi većoj od 5 °C. Ako se želi ugradnja prozora za vreme hladnih dana (ispod 5 °C), preporučuje se takozvana zimska pena.

If window installation is desired during cold days (below 5°C), so-called winter foam is recommended.

In the case of uneven surfaces, we recommend using single-sided sealing tape and sealing with adhesive (yellow). Pay special attention to ensuring that corners and junctions are absolutely sealed. Sealing adhesive can be used to seal damaged areas.
